Main Responsibilities:

1. Implement GMP compliance against EDQM & EMEA and FDA CGMP regulations
2. Effectuate management of Quality Assurance system functions to ensure timely releases of products manufactured in site;
3. Implement the deviation investigation;
4. Implement the management of documentation system;
5. Executive training and conduct performance evaluation of QA personnel.
6. Responsible for quality training and to promote quality awareness within the company;
7 Review business processes to identify improvement opportunities on continuous basis. And do evaluation and control for any change request;
8.Ensuring cGMP compliance in Production, Validation, Procedure, Analysis

Qualification:

1. Bachelor of Science degree or above, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry background;
2. At least 3 years' experience in Quality department of pharmaceutical Company, above 1 years' experience in QA / QC /preparation with supervisor level;
3. Leading team capability;
4. Hand on experience in training & implementing changes
5. Fluent in English and good communication skill;

2. Formulation evaluation & selection after the stress test
3. Stability Study work 
4. Implement the documentation record system of the test;
5. Responsible for quality training and to promote quality awareness within the company;
6. Pilot production & scale up in production

Qualification:

1. Bachelor of Science degree or above, Pharmacybackground;
2. At least 2- 3 years' experience in Formulation development;
3. Leading team capability;
4. Fluent in English and good communication skill;
